E-Pay & Field Trips

We are excited to let you know that E-Pay can now be used for field trip payments! To complete an online payment:

Go to the ERGC E-Pay website

Click "make a one-time payment"

Enter all required student information (including CPS ID #)

Click on "field trips" drop-down

Enter teacher's name

Enter field trip destination

If the fee includes all field trips for the school year, please enter the grade followed by “2022-2023SY"

Enter amount

Click "add to cart" at bottom if you're looking to add another payment or click "add and checkout" to enter payment information and checkout

Following payment, an automatic receipt will be sent to your email.

We do not accept checks.
